Shipping and Returns

Please allow 4-5 business days for us to prepare your order. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout. All shipments are sent via USPS. Purchases have a delivery time frame of 1-3 business days in Puerto Rico around 3-6 business days in United States. Once we ship your order we send you via email the tracking number.

Note: If item says made to order it will be made once you place your order and specific time frame will be stated on the description of the product.

Returns & Exchange:

If your order arrives damaged in any way we will accept returns within 7 days after delivery. Also, if you are not 100% satisfied with your order please contact us.  

We’re not responsible for items delivered to an incorrect address supplied by the customer

Original shipping fee is non-refundable. Customer is responsible for any return shipping fee.

We reserve the right to deny unreasonable returns and exchanges.

Sale items are all finale sale and can not be returned for a store credit or exchanged.

Unauthorized returns will be refused.
